Description:

Qventus is seeking a Data Solutions Architect to curate and architect growing data assets for the Qventus Unified Data Model and other solution data marts.
The role involves transforming raw data into actionable insights and scalable solutions through platform architecture, machine learning, and solution-specific pipelines.
This position is hands-on and focuses on managing strategic data assets and translating product vision into executable data products.
The Data Solutions Architect will work directly with the Senior Director of data to support the growth and development of solution data marts and manage new data assets through their lifecycle.
Responsibilities include translating complex analytical metrics into clear developer requirements, coordinating the acquisition and integration of new datasets, and optimizing documentation processes for data marts.
The role requires providing hands-on support for core data initiatives, including reviewing code and contributing to technical tasks.

Requirements:

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to act as a product owner for data, refining abstract product concepts into executable data requirements.
A robust aptitude for interpreting complex datasets and designing meaningful insights is essential.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a data role, including familiarity with data modeling techniques and tools, as well as modern Data Warehouses, is required.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills are necessary to lead conversations, coordinate teams, and manage project timelines effectively.
It is a plus to have expertise in the healthcare domain, experience with data governance frameworks, and proficiency with knowledge management systems.

The salary range for this role is between $180,000 to $200,000, with compensation based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
