Description:

The Data Systems Lead will work as an Operations Manager for an e-commerce leader specializing in luxury home products.
This role involves optimizing business operations, managing customer fulfillment logistics, and leading special projects.
Responsibilities include planning and collecting data, analyzing trends, maintaining documentation, optimizing internal processes, and addressing operational bottlenecks.
The position requires handling financial transactions, coordinating deliveries, overseeing installations, and effectively communicating with partners and customers.
The Data Systems Lead will also track and solve customer issues, manage a community of technicians, and conduct research to establish a strong logistics framework.
The role is fully remote, with a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overlapping Eastern Time hours.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary starting at $2,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
