Description:

The client is looking for 1 Data Warehouse Developer III to join their team.
This position is remote and is part of a Data Management Program aimed at enhancing data literacy and driving data-driven decision-making.
The role involves working on a small, collaborative team that employs agile practices to deliver value to business partners.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements and developing technical specifications for ETL processes.
The candidate will use ETL tools to design ETL jobs, with a minimum of 6 years of ETL experience, including at least 2 years with Alteryx.
The developer will be responsible for creating various types of data loads, implementing change data capture (CDC), and testing and debugging ETL processes.
The role requires developing complex SQL queries and scheduling ETL jobs.
The candidate will manage multiple ETL tools and load data warehouses using these tools.
Experience with data quality tools and frameworks is also required.
The developer should be familiar with source code version control software and be able to mentor others in ETL development.
Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, mentoring, collaboration, and team building, are essential.

Requirements:

A minimum of 6 years of experience in ETL development, with at least 2 years specifically using Alteryx.
Proven experience in gathering requirements and developing technical specifications for ETL processes.
Ability to develop various types of data loads, including incremental, history/full, and survivorship rules.
Experience in implementing change data capture (CDC) and testing and debugging ETL processes.
Proficiency in developing complex SQL queries, with recent experience required.
Experience in ETL job scheduling and loading data warehouses using ETL tools.
Familiarity with managing multiple ETL tools and experience with data quality tools and frameworks is preferred.
Knowledge of source code version control software is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, mentor others, collaborate, and build teams.
