Description:

Xsolla is seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) to join their dynamic engineering team.
The DBA will be responsible for managing RDBMS and NoSQL solutions.
Key responsibilities include performance tuning, implementing replication and high availability, and assisting development teams with RDBMS and NoSQL solutions.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving will be essential parts of the role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator.
Expert-level experience with at least one of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is required.
Familiarity with other RDBMS or NoSQL solutions is necessary.
A strong command of SQL (DDL, DML, DCL) is essential.
Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms is required.
Proficiency in Linux is necessary.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
Experience with Python or Bash scripting and familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tooling is a plus.
