Description:

The position is for a Database Administrator specializing in Azure, SQL, APIs, MongoDB, and Automation.
This role involves managing all aspects of the client's database infrastructure, including creating databases and automating data processes using APIs.
The administrator will perform complex calculations and store data in SQL servers.
Proficiency in SQL Server, MongoDB, JavaScript, and Python is essential for delivering a fully optimized database environment tailored for efficient data analysis.
The working hours are aligned with US-based hours (EST), specifically from 15h00 to 24h00 SAST, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in Azure and SQL database management, covering end-to-end processes.
Proficiency in JavaScript for automating database operations, API integrations, and front-end interactions.
Experience in building APIs and integrating multiple APIs into data systems for seamless functionality and data flow.
Ability to connect and retrieve data from MongoDB, although management of MongoDB is not required.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis tasks using libraries such as Pandas is considered an added plus.
Strong proficiency in SQL language with hands-on experience in a SQL Server environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex database environments.
