Description:
- Design and write clean, scalable, production code focusing on OLAP and RDBMS systems
- Refactor code for improved performance, stability, and scalability
- Implement systems for collecting, storing, and working with data at scale
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and data scientists
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Contribute to scoping and design discussions
- Work collaboratively with software team, front-end engineers, data scientists, and sales team
- Follow agile scrum process for software development
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field
- Strong understanding of Data Warehouse/Solution Design and Dimensional Modeling
- Proficiency in Relational Databases and Multidimensional Databases
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) and Oracle/PostGreSQL RDBMS
- Proficiency in OOPs, Visual Studios Data Tools, Complex SQL Language, and MDX Language
- Strong background in programming related to applied mathematical, engineering, and physical sciences
- Knowledge of performance computing, distributed and parallel computing technologies
- Familiarity with Oracle, PL/SQL, and Power BI
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, and work ethic
- Knowledge of wholesale electricity markets and passion for renewables and storage
- Experience with code review, architecture, development, and promotion processes
