Description:

The Database Solution Architect position at CloudHire involves integrating multiple databases like Snowflake schema, Star schema, and Network model.
The role requires working with message buses such as Kafka and IBM MQ to targets like Redshift, Postgres, and MongoDB.
Responsibilities include designing and deploying for scale, database recovery, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring data services and pipelines are maintained.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
10+ years of experience in designing and supporting near real-time data pipelines using various technologies like Postgres, Redshift, BigQuery, Hadoop, Teradata, etc.
Proficiency in object-oriented languages like .Net, Java, and Python for delivering data analytics.
Extensive experience in translating business requirements into data models using Erwin and working on agile teams.
Strong expertise in public cloud platforms, writing automated tests, and quickly adapting to new technologies.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective teamwork, communication, and negotiation.
