Description:

• The Deal Flow Analyst at CapitalPad will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending acquisition opportunities for SBA-eligible businesses in the $1-5 million range across various industries, both online and offline.
• Key responsibilities include monitoring business listings, building relationships with brokers, analyzing financial and operational data of potential acquisition targets, and collaborating with the team to refine deal criteria and evaluation processes.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in deal analysis, acquisitions, financial statements, and business valuation techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in deal analysis, acquisitions, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business valuation techniques.
