• The Deal Flow Analyst at CapitalPad will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending acquisition opportunities for SBA-eligible businesses in the $1-5 million range across various industries.
• Key responsibilities include monitoring business listings, building relationships with brokers, analyzing financial and operational data, and collaborating with the team to refine deal criteria and evaluation processes.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in deal analysis, acquisitions, financial statements, and business valuation techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in deal analysis, acquisitions, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business valuation techniques.
