The Decision Scientist (The Strategic Data Advisor) role involves transforming data into insights that drive critical business decisions.

Requirements:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and model development is necessary, along with familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience in designing and interpreting experiments, including A/B tests, is essential.
Candidates must possess the ability to translate complex data into business insights and understand key performance indicators that impact organizational success.
Excellent communication skills are required to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field is required, with equivalent experience considered.
Certifications in data science or analytics are advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in decision science, data analysis, or business analytics is required, with experience in business functions such as finance, operations, or product management being beneficial.
