Collaboration with DevOps teams for deployment, monitoring, and optimization of backend services in cloud or distributed environments is required.
The position also involves debugging and resolving performance issues in networking, blockchain integration, or quantitative computations, while staying updated with advancements in Rust, blockchain, and quantitative tools.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Rust programming with hands-on experience in backend development is required.
Expertise in Tokio, asynchronous programming, and TCP networking is necessary.
Experience in building gRPC services and working with protocol buffers is essential.
A strong understanding of blockchain integration, including wallet SDKs and smart contract interaction, is required.
Knowledge of quantitative development concepts, including implementing or optimizing algorithms and models, is necessary.
Proficiency in designing and implementing APIs using RESTful, GraphQL, or gRPC technologies is required.
Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) is essential.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills, particularly in networked and distributed systems, are required.
