Supra is a pioneering startup focused on decentralized data and innovative solutions in blockchain technology.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining blockchain infrastructure using Rust and/or Move programming languages.
Responsibilities include developing and deploying Move smart contracts for various DeFi protocols and applications.
The engineer will collaborate with the engineering team to design, implement, and optimize DeFi solutions.
Thorough testing and debugging of smart contracts to ensure security and efficiency is required.
Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality is essential.
Staying updated with advancements in blockchain technology and DeFi is expected.
Preparing documentation for projects and leading the team to improve existing blockchain technology is part of the role.
Contributors to open-source projects will be given high consideration.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 4+ years of strong proficiency in Rust programming language, with a deep understanding of its features and best practices.
Hands-on experience in developing smart contracts is required, with experience in the Move language being highly desirable.
The candidate should have experience in designing high-quality smart contract architecture and knowledge of best design practices in the DeFi industry.
A solid understanding of blockchain concepts and decentralized finance protocols is necessary.
Experience with Solidity and Ethereum smart contract development is highly desirable.
Familiarity with blockchain and protocol security best practices and the ability to identify potential vulnerabilities in the codebase is required.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
Pro-active communication and collaboration abilities with native-level proficiency in written and oral English are required.
