The company is seeking a Delivery Solution Architect to join their team as an early engineer in a high-growth startup.
The role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues related to the Prophecy IDE and assisting with third-party integrations.
Responsibilities include reproducing customer bugs, setting clear expectations with customers, providing best practices guidance, and delivering proactive suggestions for performance improvement.
The position requires a true sense of ownership and coordination with engineering to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
The role also involves participating in the creation and maintenance of company documentation and knowledge articles, advocating for customers, and coaching team members as needed.
Candidates will support customers via chat, email, and video conference while maintaining advanced knowledge of Prophecy IDE architecture and administration.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience troubleshooting and supporting B2B large enterprise applications.
Advanced skills in Spark and strong experience in production issue resolution are required.
Experience in managing all aspects of ETL, including development, bug fixing, monitoring, and debugging of jobs is necessary.
Expertise in Spark architecture and experience with Databricks/Snowflake environment configuration and management is essential.
Familiarity with Git and CI/CD technologies is required.
Candidates should have technology experience in SQL, Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, and various tools including Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure, and CDP.
Experience in hands-on technical support and escalation through Incident, Change, and Problem Management procedures is needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
The ability to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders is essential.
A creative attitude toward problem-solving and an entrepreneurial spirit are important.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is required.
