It includes real-time, flexible reporting that delivers extraordinary visibility and control at all levels of customers’ business.
You will work with scalable, enterprise-level software solutions that empower broadcasters to manage, invoice, and report on their business.
In this role, you will develop and test new features for the product based on internal and external requests.
You will improve current architecture and design to increase performance.
You will partner with product management, QA, and documentation to deliver high-quality, complete software releases.
You will collaborate with other team members to maintain and improve the product to meet current customer and project needs.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in overall software development with at least 3+ years in Delphi (10 and up).
SQL experience is required.
You should have a working knowledge of object-oriented design and object-oriented analysis.
Experience with N-Tier architecture is highly preferred.
You must have experience with version control systems such as Git, SVN, or Mercurial.
Good algorithmic skills and experience applying design patterns to both new and existing code are necessary.
You should be willing to thoroughly test and debug complex code that you or others may write.
Excellent communication skills are required.
You must have the ability to be creative and think outside the box.
