Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about transforming data into strategic decisions.
The role involves diving into data, uncovering hidden trends, forecasting results, and making impactful recommendations.
You will leverage your analytics and data science expertise to optimize funnel performance and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities include setting and forecasting demand generation targets by analyzing historical data and trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with revenue and SDR operations teams.
You will work closely with the marketing team to address key strategic questions and provide insights.
The position requires leading and managing complex data analytics projects, including predictive scoring, segmentation optimization, attribution modeling, and opportunity influence.
You will leverage advanced analytical techniques such as predictive modeling, causal inference, machine learning, and AI to uncover hidden patterns and guide strategic decision-making.
Proactively identifying and addressing data quality issues while implementing data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and reliability is essential.
You will design and maintain Grafana dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key metrics and improve workflows of internal teams.
Preparing reports and presentations to communicate marketing insights to management and other stakeholders is a key responsibility.
Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in marketing analytics and AI is expected.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or data science is required.
Expertise in advanced analytics exploration, with experience managing large datasets across multiple systems, is necessary.
Highly proficient use of Google Sheets/Excel (including pivot tables and formula functions), Google Data Studio, Looker, or equivalent tools for data analysis is essential.
Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, or other programming languages, with experience in crafting queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data, is required.
Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) is a plus, particularly in transforming raw data within data warehouses.
Proficiency in Tableau, Grafana, or similar data visualization tools is necessary.
Exposure to reporting on sales and marketing campaigns with tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketo, and Hubspot is required.
A proactive approach in identifying and developing innovative solutions for unstructured and complex problems is essential.
The candidate should be an independent self-starter, capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion.
A strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs is required.
Strong writing and presentation skills, along with the ability to articulate data insights to cross-functional and non-technical audiences, are necessary.
Benefits:
The base salary compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $144,000, with actual compensation varying based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
