Remote Desarrollador Frontend - Next.js

Description:

• We are looking for a Frontend Developer to lead the implementation of a pioneering project in our company, specializing in Ecommerce solutions.
• This project, focused on the Fashion industry, will be the first to implement Shopify in our portfolio, utilizing innovative architectures and technologies such as Next.js and Contentful.
• The ideal candidate must have experience in full development (Frontend and Backend), integrations, and service consumption.
• This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
• You will be part of an innovative team responsible for integrating new technologies into our service offerings, setting a precedent for future developments in Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive Ecommerce solution based on Shopify.
• Implement and maintain the headless architecture for Shopify, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Develop Frontend components using Next.js and React.
• Configure and integrate the Contentful CMS for dynamic content management.
• Implement integrations with external services and ensure proper communication between systems.
• Collaborate with the team integrating new technologies to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the quality of the final product.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce development.
• Proven experience in complete Shopify implementations (Frontend and Backend).
• Advanced knowledge of headless architecture in Shopify and experience in complex integrations.
• Proficiency in technologies such as Next.js and React.js.
• Experience with API integration and web service consumption.
• Intermediate technical English (B1).
• Availability to work full-time from Mexico during the 3-month project.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and ability to work in a remote team.
• Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to work with new technologies and creatively solve problems.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with other CMS or Ecommerce platforms.
• Previous experience in projects with Contentful.
• Knowledge in Liquid development (not mandatory).
