Multiplica Talent is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Developer with a passion for impactful work.
This role is crucial for the development and enhancement of digital tools for the agricultural sector.
Responsibilities include leading the design and architecture of digital tools in collaboration with the Head of Digital and the software development team.
The developer will support and mentor junior developers.
The position involves driving both front-end and back-end development of tools, ensuring scalability and user-centered design.
The developer will provide technical solutions and guidance aligned with the digital strategy.

Requirements:

A professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Telematics, or related fields is required.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in full-stack development is necessary.
Proficiency in managing SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
Experience in development with languages such as Laravel (PHP), NodeJS, and TypeScript is essential.
Experience with AWS is required.
An advanced level of English is mandatory.

The position offers a contractor agreement for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
A full-time availability of 100% is required.
The work modality is remote, available from Peru, Colombia, or Ecuador.
The work schedule follows the calendar of Peru.
The salary is offered in US dollars.
