Description:

• We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer with extensive experience in mobile development to join our team.
• This role is key to leading the design and development of high-quality mobile applications that work on both iOS and Android, impacting thousands of users.

• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using React Native.
• You will implement navigation flows and screens, manage states and events within the application, and ensure code quality through code reviews and good programming practices.
• Collaboration with design and product teams to transform requirements into scalable technical solutions is essential.
• You will implement automated tests and perform debugging to ensure application performance and stability.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability and consuming APIs to integrate data from the backend are also part of the role.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile development, specifically with React Native is required.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript is essential.
• Experience with integration of RESTful APIs and real-time services (WebSockets) is necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of Redux and state management in complex applications is required.
• Experience in publishing and maintaining applications on the App Store and Google Play Store is needed.
• Knowledge of tools such as Firebase is important.
• A good understanding of mobile design principles and guidelines from Apple and Google is required.
• Effective communication skills and experience collaborating in distributed teams are essential.
• The ability to adequately document code and technical processes is necessary.
• Desirable qualifications include experience with native development in iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin), knowledge of GraphQL, and familiarity with tools like Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Experience in candidate selection and evaluation or previous work with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
