• The position is for a Senior React/Next Developer, specifically open to female candidates.

• They have developed an API that simplifies connections within the payment industry, allowing companies to integrate their systems with multiple payment providers.
• The tool is modular, similar to a Lego system, enabling integration with acquirers, banks, antifraud systems, and processing transactions via cards, boletos, PIX, and digital wallets.
• The startup model functions as a routing system, ensuring that if one server fails to process a transaction, a substitute takes over.
• The salary range for this position is between BRL 20-23K per month (PJ).
• The work model is fully remote.
• Responsibilities include managing deliverables, developing responsive and accessible user interfaces, translating designs into high-quality code, maintaining and optimizing UI components, collaborating with design and back-end teams, ensuring best development practices, identifying optimization opportunities, resolving front-end issues, and acting as a technical reference for the team.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in front-end development is required.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as AstroJS, React, and Next is necessary.
• Knowledge of unit and/or integration testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, etc.) is required.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals) is essential.
• Excellent knowledge of web fundamentals, including rendering techniques, JS lifecycle, and performance optimizations is required.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking are necessary.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Sentry, Datadog, etc.) is required.
• Familiarity with micro front-ends and reusable component-based architecture is necessary.
• While not mandatory, experience working with design systems and in the payments industry is considered a plus.
