Description:

  • The Desktop Support Engineer I position at JustAnswer involves enhancing global IT support by providing high-quality support for offices and remote employees.
  • Responsibilities include desktop/laptop support, managing IT services like Microsoft 365, antivirus, and patch management.
  • The role also involves tracking equipment and licenses, coordinating setup and breakdown of computer and system accounts, and responding to IT questions and issues.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in IT helpdesk or tech support for a global organization.
  • A passion for team improvement and fostering a learning environment is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in VPN configuration, Network Management, Active Directory, onboarding, and VM server management are required.
  • Proficiency in Security Management, global enterprise antivirus, and patch management is necessary.
  • Experience with Microsoft-centric networks, Windows devices, Office 365, and some Apple Macintosh support is preferred.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and support remote offices and employees is crucial for this role.
