Description:

Fullscript is seeking a Developer III, Front End to help change healthcare by building a platform that supports healthcare practitioners and patients.
The role involves crafting quality front-end experiences and solving real-world problems in a fast-moving environment.
The technology stack includes Ruby on Rails for the backend and React, TypeScript, and Apollo for the front-end.
Responsibilities include building and scaling the front-end of a new enterprise product, designing and implementing user-facing features, writing clear and maintainable code, collaborating with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers, participating in code reviews, and planning development work.

Requirements:

A good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is essential, with a preference for React + TypeScript.
Candidates should have an understanding of good design patterns and principles.
Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Claude Code, Roo Code, etc., is preferred.
A good sense of how to utilize AI to increase velocity without sacrificing quality is necessary.
A desire to build and ship impactful products is important.
Candidates should be eager to grow and learn as engineers, seeking feedback and coaching.
Resourcefulness and a positive attitude towards work are essential traits.
