Remote Developer (Performance & Scalability)

Description:

• Tecsys Inc. is looking for a motivated Developer to join their performance and scalability support team.
• The role involves providing technical support to end-users, developing and maintaining front-end code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring application performance.
• The ideal candidate will work as a bridge between the development team and end-users to ensure smooth and efficient application operation.

• The Developer will also assist in testing and deploying software updates, creating and updating troubleshooting documentation, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
• 2+ years of development experience with a strong troubleshooting background is necessary.
• Some front-end development experience with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical support experience, and proficiency in database management systems are required.
• Excellent communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
• Attention to detail, commitment to delivering high-quality work, enthusiasm for learning new technologies, and software integration and deployment tools proficiency are expected.
• Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues.
