Description:

  • Tecsys is seeking a motivated Developer to join the performance and scalability support team.
  • The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of development experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and some front-end development experience.
  • Responsibilities include providing technical support to end-users, developing and maintaining front-end code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and updating troubleshooting documentation, participating in code reviews, testing and deploying software updates, monitoring application performance, and engaging with customers for feedback.
  • The role requires effective communication with users and team members, working in a dynamic environment, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of development experience with a focus on troubleshooting.
  • Some experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries like React, Angular, Vue.js is a plus.
  • Proficiency in database management systems and generic SQL knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical support experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Proficiency in software integration and deployment tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
