Description:
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Developer Relations Advocate to join their dynamic team.
This role involves driving the adoption of the client's AI platform and API among developers building AI-enabled products.
The Developer Relations Advocate will bridge the gap between the developer community and the client's innovative AI infrastructure.
Responsibilities include advocating for developer needs, engaging with the ML engineers and app-builder community through various channels, and participating in industry events.
The role also involves creating compelling content such as how-to guides, tutorials, and blog posts on relevant topics.
The advocate will monitor community engagement, gather feedback, and report on key metrics related to ML community engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in developer advocacy, technical evangelism, or a similar role.
Strong expertise in AI and ML concepts is required, along with knowledge of platforms and tools like Hugging Face, Llama2, and OpenAI.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is necessary.
Proven experience in community building and engagement, particularly in open-source communities, is essential.
Candidates should have experience building applications using open APIs and familiarity with open-source models.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to explain complex technical concepts.
An active presence on social media platforms with a strong following in AI/ML communities is preferred.
Ideally, candidates should have working knowledge of data platforms like Kubernetes and experience writing code sample projects in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $140,000 to $200,000 per year, negotiable based on experience and location.
