Description:

We are looking for an incredible Developer Relations Engineer to be the primary technical point of contact for developers building on Caldera chains.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in both technical communication and blockchain technology, particularly with rollups and scaling solutions.
The role involves working in a fast-paced, high-impact team to help shape the developer experience of our product.
Caldera enables dynamic, scalable blockchain experiences by allowing innovative blockchain applications to launch their own ultra-performant blockchains (rollups).
As a Developer Relations Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact, create and maintain technical documentation, and work closely with the business development team to support customer onboarding and integration.
You will also triage technical support requests, monitor developer questions, gather feedback for product improvements, represent Caldera at events, and create technical content to help developers understand the benefits of Caldera’s products.

Requirements:

You must have 2+ years of experience in developer relations, technical writing, or developer support roles.
Hands-on experience with blockchain technology, particularly Layer 2 scaling solutions, is required.
You should be excellent at explaining complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal form.
Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation is necessary.
You need to be great at building relationships with technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly understand and troubleshoot technical issues are essential.
Comfort with working with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools is required.
