As a Developer Relations Engineer, you will:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact between the company and developers building on the platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, tutorials, and implementation guides for the chains.
• Work closely with the business development team to support customer onboarding and integration.
• Triage technical support requests, providing direct assistance for basic inquiries and coordinating with engineering for complex issues.
• Monitor and respond to developer questions about rollup implementation and best practices.
• Gather and synthesize developer feedback to inform product improvements.
• Represent the company at developer-focused events and conferences.
• Create technical content that helps developers understand the benefits of the products.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in developer relations, technical writing, or developer support roles.
• Hands-on experience with blockchain technology, particularly Layer 2 scaling solutions, is required.
• Experience with Solidity and EVM-compatible chains is necessary.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with APIs, SDKs, and developer tools.
