Description:
Career Renew is recruiting for a Developer Relations Engineer - Crypto for one of its clients, which is a fully remote role, but candidates need to be based in the US or Europe.
The company is building a Based Appchain framework of Ethereum, known as the “Based Stack,” which enables users to create app-specific L2s that are composable with the Ethereum mainnet and other app chains.
Preconfirmations are built on top of the core contracts, utilizing “The Preconfirmation Router” for seamless integration with existing wallet and RPC infrastructure.
The team is globally distributed and is passionate about building better infrastructure, supported by leading investors in the crypto space.
Core Scope of Work
Technical Content Creation: Write detailed tutorials, blog posts, and guides explaining how to build on Based Stack, and create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, API references, and SDK usage guides.
Code Samples and Templates: Provide starter kits and example projects for various use cases, and maintain GitHub repositories with well-documented, open-source code samples.
Technical Support and Scaling Assistance: Provide personalized support for projects during onboarding and assist developers in optimizing their appchains for scalability and performance.
Community Engagement: Actively manage developer forums, Discord, Telegram, or any community channels, and collect feedback from developers to communicate back to the engineering team for improvements.
Additional Scope of Work
Ecosystem Growth: Integrate popular developer tools into Based Stack, collaborate with existing L2-focused projects or other appchains to highlight unique synergies, and provide tooling and guidance for developers to create cross-chain or interoperable dApps.
Events: Represent Spire Labs at major blockchain conferences, host meetups or webinars targeting appchain developers, and offer workshops, bootcamps, or onboarding sessions to educate developers on building appchains as Based Rollups.
Requirements:
Proven experience actively managing developer forums, Discord, Telegram, or any community channels is required.
Software Engineering experience is necessary for this position.
Extensive developer relations experience is essential.
A strong understanding of Ethereum layer 1, block building pipeline, rollups, etc., is required.
Knowledge of based rollups and preconfirmations is a nice to have, as well as knowledge of MEV.
