Requirements:

• A polyglot engineer with broad knowledge of diverse development environments and experience writing SDKs, client libraries, or other dev tools in traditional tech and blockchain.
• Possesses professional empathy and excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and establish cross-team relationships.
• Skilled in driving consensus, with an analytical and data-driven approach to building/nurturing communities.
• Results-oriented individual who can deliver measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrates servant leadership mindset prioritizing team growth and well-being, creating a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability.
• Over 10 years of experience in developer relations, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Proficient in project management, coordinating, communicating, and managing projects across multiple areas while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
