Description:
- Tecsys, a fast-growing innovator, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to work remotely from Montreal, Canada.

- Responsibilities include participating in brainstorming sessions, understanding requirements, technical design, and programming.
- Working in a scrum team focused on continuous improvement of methods, tools, and practices.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Full-Stack application development.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to drive change, influence positively, and catalyze ideas into results.
- Team player who challenges the status quo, seeks improvement, and prioritizes business perspectives.
- Proficiency in AWS cloud platform, Front-End technologies Vue.js and/or React.js.
- College or university degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
