The role is for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about creating high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining end-to-end features for Workleap Performance Management (WPM), collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective development cycles.
The developer will troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure platform stability, security, and scalability.
A typical week involves agile ceremonies, collaborative development sessions, code reviews, and regular feedback meetings to maintain focus on delivering user-centered solutions.
The team is dynamic, collaborative, and committed to the success of WPM, working remotely in an open and supportive culture.
Upcoming challenges include scaling WPM for a growing user base, enhancing platform security and compliance, and balancing customization with simplicity.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, with strong proficiency in React and MongoDB.
Excellent command of C# /.NET.
Good understanding of RESTful APIs, database management, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure smooth deployment and testing processes.
Proven experience in developing secure and scalable applications, with an understanding of compliance requirements, particularly GDPR.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Additional skills that are a plus include familiarity with data analysis or machine learning, UX/UI design principles, knowledge of GDPR compliance, and experience in performance management or HR technologies.
