Description:

Gearset is seeking a DevOps Architect to join their Customer Success team, focusing on helping strategic customers adopt DevOps practices for Salesforce.
This role is hands-on and technical, guiding customers from onboarding to becoming proficient users of Gearset.
The DevOps Architect will work closely with customers to understand their goals and provide expert guidance for successful implementation.
A solid understanding of software development practices, including agile collaboration, source control, and continuous integration, is essential.
Collaboration with a cross-functional team of developers, salespeople, and marketers is required to make a significant impact for customers.
The role involves shaping the product's future based on customer feedback and driving customer success to support Gearset's growth.

Requirements:

Practical knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) architecture, tools, and workflows is necessary.
Expertise in DevOps practices or Salesforce development and deployment methodologies is required.
A technical predisposition and the ability to simplify complex technical topics for customers is essential.
The candidate must have the ability to build long-term relationships with customers and support them throughout their lifecycle with Gearset.
Experience working with large or complex technical teams and developing outcome-oriented implementation plans is needed.
A proven ability to influence customer behavior and drive action for meaningful outcomes is crucial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail, are mandatory.

The salary for this position ranges from £100k to £135k, depending on experience.
This is a full-time remote opportunity based in the UK, working Monday to Friday.
