Description:

  • The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • They will develop and manage blue/green deployment strategies to ensure seamless updates and high availability.
  • Implement scalability solutions to handle growing traffic and data.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize for speed, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create and maintain scripts for infrastructure creation and maintenance.
  • Support the production environment, ensuring uptime and quick issue resolution.
  • Implement best security practices to safeguard infrastructure and data.
  • Conduct regular performance tuning, load testing, and stress testing.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a DevOps role or similar position.
  • Strong expertise in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Elastic Search, Beanstalk, Lambda, etc.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or equivalent.
  • Experience with blue/green deployment strategies and automation.
  • Strong understanding of scalability and performance optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, and Node.js.
  • Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and best security practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
