Description:
The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
They will develop and manage blue/green deployment strategies to ensure seamless updates and high availability.
Implement scalability solutions to handle growing traffic and data.
Monitor system performance and optimize for speed, efficiency, and reliability.
Automate repetitive tasks to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Collaborate with the development team to create and maintain scripts for infrastructure creation and maintenance.
Support the production environment, ensuring uptime and quick issue resolution.
Implement best security practices to safeguard infrastructure and data.
Conduct regular performance tuning, load testing, and stress testing.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a DevOps role or similar position.
Strong expertise in AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Elastic Search, Beanstalk, Lambda, etc.
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or equivalent.
Experience with blue/green deployment strategies and automation.
Strong understanding of scalability and performance optimization techniques.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, and Node.js.
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and best security practices.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
