Description:

  • Deployteq is seeking a strategic DevOps Engineer to enhance their in-house developed marketing automation platform.
  • The role can be hybrid near Utrecht or fully remote within the UK or EU, requiring full eligibility to work in the application country.
  • The DevOps Engineer will lead development execution and respond to customer requests and market developments.
  • Responsibilities include executing 3.5 billion emails annually, researching customer needs and new technologies, and collaborating with the product owner on future functionalities.
  • The role also involves optimizing the AWS platform, performing operational tasks, and reporting new ideas to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience as a DevOps engineer, working on complex DevOps cases.
  • Technical knowledge is required in Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), configuration/infra management (Ansible, Terraform, GIT), and Database Servers (MySQL).
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Sensu, PagerDuty, Grafana, ELK stack) and microservices/containers (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are necessary.
