Remote DevOps Engineer

Description:

• The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for setting up and troubleshooting AWS Cloud, as well as maintaining websites.
• They will handle website configuration, operation, backup maintenance, infrastructure integration, and setting up monitoring and alerting systems.
• The role involves analyzing, solving, and correcting real-time issues, configuring and maintaining database servers, monitoring system health and performance, ensuring high levels of performance, security, effectiveness, availability, and sustainability.
• Developing and maintaining up-to-date architectural templates, creating operational documentation of the technical environment, and assisting developers with query tuning and schema refinement.
• Providing support for critical production systems and continuously researching new operations and maintenance technology to improve the enterprise Hybrid cloud.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have a computer-related major, a strong interest in security and DevOps, and at least 3 years of related experience in cloud operation and maintenance.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role is required.
• Familiarity with AWS products such as ECS, ELB, RDS, IAM, network, and security-related services.
• Proficiency in Linux systems, at least one language like Python/Golang, and experience in automation tool design, development, and integration.
• Knowledge of container technology and container orchestration tools, with a preference for experience in using eks.
• Participation in the construction and maintenance of at least one cloud infrastructure, and preference for candidates with Alibaba Cloud and AWS cloud service certificates.
• Proficiency in a back-end development language, ability to develop basic web services and simple management pages, and experience in building monitoring tools.
• Mandarin proficiency in reading and writing is a plus but not mandatory.
