Description:
The DevOps Engineer will be part of a software team dedicated to modernizing the UI Tax system using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities include providing technical leadership in AWS cloud infrastructure, optimizing application performance, and implementing advanced cloud solutions.
Tasks involve designing, building, and maintaining efficient AWS infrastructure, managing AWS services, creating unit and integration tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
The role also includes monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with software engineers, and ensuring security best practices and compliance controls in AWS.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
8 years of experience with AWS services like EKS, ECR, S3, Lambda, and Istio, with test coverage.
8 years of hands-on development experience with IaC tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
5 years of experience with AWS Well-Architected Frameworks.
8 years of experience with scripting languages such as Typescript or Python.
8 years of experience building pipelines using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, etc.
Solid understanding of security best practices in AWS environments.
8 years of experience with networking concepts and protocols.
8 years of experience with configuration management and orchestration tooling.
8 years of strong networking experience, including knowledge of AWS networking services.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
8 years of experience working in Agile methodology.
