Description:

Cypris is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join their fast-growing team.
The role involves ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of the product and its infrastructure.
The DevOps Engineer will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to build and optimize cloud resources, streamline deployments, and enable seamless delivery of AI-driven insights and analytics.
Responsibilities include designing, building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
The engineer will own product reliability by implementing proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to address production issues.
Monitoring system performance, identifying issues, and implementing solutions to improve stability and performance is also a key responsibility.
The role requires collaboration with development teams to implement best practices for cost-effective scalability.
Establishing and standardizing the developer tool chain to improve collaboration, productivity, and consistency across the engineering team is essential.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related field is required.
A proven track record of owning product reliability and implementing proactive monitoring and alerting systems is necessary.
Experience with a cloud provider such as GCP or AWS is required, with a strong preference for GCP.
Background in Elasticsearch, either hosted or managed, is strongly preferred.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration is essential.
Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines designed to speed deployments without compromising quality is required.
