The company is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure, automate workflows, and ensure system reliability.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes, along with a proactive mindset for infrastructure performance optimization.
Responsibilities include architecting, designing, implementing, and managing orchestration of containerized eCommerce applications with elastic scalability.
The role involves designing and spinning up separate eCommerce environments for staging, integration, and load testing.
The DevOps Engineer will expand containerization architecture for scalability, performance, and security, and implement Infrastructure as Code.
The position requires managing code and container repositories, legacy infrastructure refactoring, and support.
The role also includes implementing CI/CD pipelines, GitOps/CI/CD optimization, and infrastructure automation and cloud engineering.
The engineer will work independently and collaboratively with team members and support the DevSecOps team on-call rotation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience working with AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, and RDS.
Proficiency in Kubernetes is required, including skills in deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation every 1.5–2 months during overnight US time is necessary.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response strategies is essential.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD is required.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages for automation are necessary.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation is required.
Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
