Description:
As a DevOps Engineer, you will ensure the stable and reliable operation of both on-premises and cloud server infrastructure for low-code platforms built on Creatio.
Your responsibilities will include software rollout and configuration, environment maintenance, performance monitoring, collaboration with IT teams, and incident resolution.
You will play a key role in the automation of environment provisioning and streamlining software deployment processes to improve scalability, consistency, and speed.
You will prepare servers and set up software, including IIS, .NET Framework, libraries, and dependencies.
You will configure and manage Application Pools, site setup, and IIS parameters, ensuring configuration compliance with platform requirements.
Proactive management of problems and incidents will be part of your role, along with monitoring resource utilization (CPU, memory, disk, network) using existing monitoring systems.
You will resolve issues related to service hangs, crashes, or platform malfunctions promptly.
Participation in scheduled updates of platforms and related software, as well as investigations, root cause analysis, and incident reporting, will be required.
You will maintain logs, register incidents, and interact with vendor technical support.
Collaboration with the server configuration team to prepare infrastructure, including infrastructure as code automation, will be necessary.
You will work with network engineers on network accessibility, NAT, DNS, load balancing, etc., and cooperate with database administrators on performance, connectivity, and backup issues.
Maintaining technical documentation on architecture, configurations, and procedures will be part of your duties.
You will prepare installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting guides for common issues and ensure infrastructure readiness of environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
Requirements:
You must have experience working with both Windows and Linux servers, and an understanding of their configuration and operational differences.
A strong knowledge of Windows Server and an understanding of client-server application architecture is required.
You should possess strong knowledge of Linux.
Experience working with IIS, including configuring sites, Application Pools, logging, and managing certificates, is necessary.
You must have experience installing and configuring .NET Framework, libraries, and related software.
Experience installing and configuring Redis, RabbitMQ, MinIO, and Elasticsearch, along with an understanding of their core principles, is required.
You should have experience setting up server monitoring with Grafana and Zabbix.
Skills in log analysis, error troubleshooting, and interaction with monitoring systems are essential.
Experience collaborating with network and server teams is necessary.
You must have experience with GitLab version control.
Scripting skills using Bash and/or Python and/or PowerShell are required.
