Description:
- The DevOps Engineer will work on a pivotal Federal program aimed at positively impacting millions of Americans' daily lives.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with other DevOps engineers to establish best practices in the federal space, creating and documenting CI/CD jobs, setting up infrastructure with Terraform, writing Ansible playbooks, and developing tools.
Requirements:
- In-depth experience with configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible, Puppet, SaltStack.
- Ability to create and support AWS environments.
- Proficiency in working with and supporting Terraform.
- Skill in developing and enhancing CI/CD scripts and services for development and deployment.
- Willingness and capability to mentor and train other engineers.
- Experience supporting web technologies and websites running Apache or NGINX.
- Proficiency in Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SQL architecture such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS-SQL.
- Preferred experience with Datadog, Trivvy, and Venafi.
