Description:
TECKpert is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support a government client's website migration project.
This is a remote position, and candidates must be located in the United States and authorized to work.
The role involves migrating and redeveloping a government website to a cloud-hosted environment managed by Acquia on Microsoft Azure.
Responsibilities include architecting and configuring infrastructure, integrating Drupal with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, provisioning cloud resources, designing CI/CD workflows, enforcing security best practices, collaborating with teams, and monitoring environments.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is necessary.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience with Acquia hosting and Drupal deployments.
Experience with GitLab, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins for CI/CD is required.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python is needed.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible is essential.
Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration (Docker) is required.
Candidates should have experience with Cloud IAM and security configuration.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Cloudflare, CrowdStrike) is necessary.
Familiarity with USWDS themes and Section 508 compliance is preferred.
Experience supporting government agencies or projects requiring FedRAMP environments is required.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or AWS DevOps Engineer are preferred.
