Description:

The position is for a DevOps Engineer at iVerify, a company focused on mobile threat hunting.
This is a full-time remote role, reporting directly to the CTO.
The engineer will manage containerized application deployments on AWS ECS and on-prem Kubernetes clusters.
Responsibilities include taking full ownership of critical infrastructure and building systems for massive scale.
The role requires collaboration with a talented team of engineers and leadership to create secure solutions for millions of mobile users.
The engineer will need to adapt and expand beyond traditional DevOps responsibilities.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or scale-up.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps or similar role is required.
Experience with AWS ECS and related services such as EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and CloudWatch is necessary.
Proficiency in Kubernetes, including on-prem deployment, monitoring, and scaling, is essential.
Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization is required.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI is needed.
Expertise in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is required.
A solid understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, load balancers, and VPCs, is necessary.
Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch is required.
