As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a key member of the technical operations team, ensuring the smooth operation of the modern, containerized development environment and CI/CD pipelines.
You will collaborate closely with development teams to support the deployment of web and mobile applications and maintain robust monitoring and observability tools.
The role offers hands-on experience with Docker, CI/CD automation, and the implementation of performance metrics like DORA metrics, while promoting a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
Requirements:
You should have 3-5 years of experience in DevOps or a related field, with a solid foundation in automation and deployment practices.
Proficiency in containerization using Docker and familiarity with orchestration tools is required.
Experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile applications is essential.
A good understanding of monitoring and observability tools, with an interest in tools that capture DORA metrics, is necessary.
Expertise in managing cloud infrastructure, observability, and other dev tools using Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code methodologies is expected.
You should have experience leading technical projects with minimal supervision and a strong ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues, focusing on automation and system reliability.
Effective teamwork skills and a willingness to collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to balance competing priorities are important.
A growth mindset with eagerness to learn new tools and technologies to improve efficiency in a rapidly evolving DevOps landscape is required.

The annual salary range for this role is $145,000 to $160,000, depending on experience, skills, and abilities.
