Bitovi is seeking a DevOps Engineer Consultant to help build production-ready Intelligent Automations and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients.
This is a 100% remote role, focusing on candidates located in the US and Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver real-world solutions and platforms, lead teams, and work autonomously.
Candidates should be open to suggestions and constructive feedback, driven to learn and improve continuously, and enjoy solving complex problems.
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders is essential.
Specific experience required includes networking expertise (routing, DNS, Firewall), infrastructure management and automation (Ansible, StackStorm), Linux system administration and security (including SELinux), database integration (SQL and NoSQL), API integration (first-party and third-party), and Python script development and integration.
Other valued skills include exposure to cloud deployments and management (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions, TravisCI, CodeBuild), observability techniques (logging, metrics, tracing), and automated testing (unit and integration testing, performance testing, benchmarking).
Developers at Bitovi can also engage in activities such as speaking at conferences, giving trainings, running meetups, maintaining open source projects, and writing articles.
