Description:

  • The DevOps Engineer position at Webflow is part of the Delivery Loop Team within the Developer Productivity Pillar.
  • Responsibilities include participating in the implementation and maintenance of Webflow’s build system, contributing to the configuration and management of development environments, defining and enforcing development processes, collaborating on deployment strategies for production environments, optimizing application performance, and staying updated on DevOps trends and technologies.
  • The role involves working remotely in the United States or specific locations in Canada.
  • The position reports to the Senior Engineering Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
  • Understanding of cloud-native services like AWS and CI/CD pipelines tailored for Node.js projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive continuous improvement, mentor team members, and optimize processes.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Pulumi and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
