Remote DevOps Engineer

Description:

• Beam is a tech start-up utilizing Generative AI and NLP to create AI Agents for business operations, automating repetitive tasks to enhance productivity.
• The DevOps Engineer role involves managing and optimizing software infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Responsibilities include implementing automation pipelines, optimizing cloud resources, and ensuring seamless deployment of AI platforms.
• This is a 3-month contractual position that is fully remote.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or similar role with expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and backend programming languages like Javascript, Typescript, or Python.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi for managing cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, teamwork, and ability to work independently.
