Description:

Argus Labs is seeking a DevOps Engineer to work remotely in Indonesia.
The company is focused on building the next generation of massively multiplayer online (MMO) games, empowering players with the freedom to build and influence game worlds.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders to enhance user experience for both the development team and end-users.
Responsibilities include designing and building operational infrastructure to support games, automating processes where possible, and spearheading security culture and architecture.
The engineer will own the delivery, scalability, and reliability of backend infrastructure and collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the development of safe and reliable products.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of DevOps experience.
They should possess the ability to design and implement highly available and reliable systems.
Proven experience with Linux, Docker, and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure is required.
Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining database infrastructure, including Postgres, Terraform, NoSQL, MongoDB, and DocumentDB is necessary.
Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Redis, and Jenkins is essential.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes is required.
Excellent communication and time management skills are a must.
Nice to have: Experience with game development and game server hosting, proficiency in Go, C++, JavaScript, or Python, and a deep understanding of the Ethereum blockchain.
