Description:
Consensus is a fast-growing SaaS company based in the United States, focused on changing the way the world buys enterprise software.

The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining AWS infrastructure using Terraform, including provisioning and managing AWS resources, automating changes, and monitoring performance.
The role includes managing and maintaining Kubernetes infrastructure, optimizing resource usage, monitoring clusters, and troubleshooting issues.
The engineer will collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement Kubernetes best practices and tools for managing applications.
Responsibilities also include designing, building, and optimizing the technology stack from continuous integration to deployment.
The engineer will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment of production software components.
Fine-tuning alerting and monitoring tools and processes, making hardware and software expansion recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams are also key tasks.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is required.
AWS Professional Certifications are preferred.
Candidates must have experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Jenkins, Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Terraform, and Vault is necessary.
A solid understanding of architectural principles and strong system design for micro-services and micro-front-ends is essential.
Strong system debugging skills and the ability to aid in scale/performance roadmaps are required.
Experience with various database types, including Relational and NoSQL, is necessary.
