Remote DevOps Engineer II

Description:

• G-P is seeking a DevOps Engineer II to join their remote-first team in India.

• The role involves promoting DevOps practices, maintaining the cloud platform, troubleshooting critical issues, building prototypes, and driving innovation in technologies.
• Responsibilities include implementing the engineering department’s strategy and processes.

Requirements:

• A solid Engineering background with a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing enterprise-scale web/cloud-based commercial products.
• AWS Certification DevOps or Associate Architect is preferred.
• Proficiency in Terraform with AWS, experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure as code, and developing/maintaining cloud automation tooling with AWS.
• Familiarity with Codepipeline/CodeBuild/CodeDeploy, good networking skills in DNS, VPCs, Subnets, and knowledge of cloud security.
• Experience with git, observability tools (New Relic, DataDog, etc), and databases is required.
