Description:
The DevOps Engineer II is responsible for supporting and optimizing the development, deployment, and operations of software systems.
You will work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability across systems.

You will assist in the development, deployment, validation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines by leveraging Gearset, ensuring automated software delivery and infrastructure management meets quality standards before release.
Collaboration with development teams is essential to ensure applications are properly configured, deployed, and monitored in sandbox and production environments.
You will help automate repetitive tasks and streamline development processes, including monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues across multiple environments is a key responsibility to ensure uptime and reliability.
You will implement and maintain system and application monitoring and alerting tools to detect and resolve issues proactively within the DevOps Platform.
Participation in on-call rotations and troubleshooting critical production incidents is required.
You will assist in maintaining security best practices such as secure environments, pipelines, and data privacy.
Documenting processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for operational transparency and knowledge sharing is also part of the role.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is necessary.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) is essential.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Salesforce, AWS, Azure) and infrastructure management is required.
Familiarity with Agile methodology of development is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are necessary for this role.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are required.
The ability to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends is essential.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role is a nice to have.
Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $94,200 to $141,400 for all US locations.
This position is also bonus eligible.
