Remote DevOps Engineer II (Mid Level, AWS CDK experience)

• Responsibilities include managing infrastructure for software development, deployment, and testing, configuring and maintaining servers, databases, and networking systems, monitoring system health and performance, establishing logging practices, collaborating with development teams, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating tasks, and managing version control systems.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 4 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services such as S3, CloudFront, ECS, ECR, and Lambda.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS, particularly AWS CDK, is required.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (CDK and/or Terraform) is necessary.
• A fundamental understanding or experience in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), like CloudFormation, is expected.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using AWS technologies or similar tools is required.
• Proven ability to set up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub is essential.
• A solid understanding of AWS CDK and SDK is necessary.
• Proficiency in container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is required.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare is preferred.
• An AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification is required.
• A background in web development, preferably in JavaScript, is necessary for debugging purposes.
• Experience working with Agile Teams is expected.
• Great documentation and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) is necessary.
• A personal computer with stable internet is required.
